Friends and relatives are invited to attend a service on Saturday, December 15, 2007, at 6:30 P.M. at Gloria Dei Old Swedes' Church, Columbus Blvd. and Christian St., Philadelphia. A memorial celebration will be held at a future date, to be announced. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate that contributions be made to Project H.O.M.E., a charitable organization serving homeless people (1515 Fairmount Avenue, Phila, PA 19130, 215-232-7272 - http://www.projecthome.org). J.C. Dobbs Tribute Show

A tremendous tribute/reunion show is in the works, to go down at J.C. Dobbs (WELCOME BACK) on Saturday, November 22, 2008:

http://www.jcdobbs.net/pb/wp_2a102efb/wp_2a102efb.html

The show will feature numerous acts that have been cornerstones in the Philly music world over the years, and will pay tribute to some of the great ones that have moved on to other worlds, including Chris, Robert Hazard, & Tom Gallagher. We can also expect to feel the spirits and souls of other greatness in the house that night, such as Johnny Sacks, Jerry Healy, and Joey Wilson.

I'm making the trip in - I'm sure the roof will be blown off!

Thanks to everyone that is making this happen. I'm not at all surprised to see Bill Curry's name in lights on the web page, either - always a great man, that Bill.
